Gruppenpsychologie
»Schwarm-Intelligenz« steht für gemeinsame, konsensbasierte Entscheidungsfindung. Individualisten flüchten aus der Masse, die ihre eigene Intelligenz reduziert. Aber sie bleiben nicht allein. Sie organisieren sich über interaktive und mobile Medien neu: im intelligenten Schwarm. Nach der vollendeten Individualisierungsphase entstehen wieder neue, diesmal aber spontane Mehrheiten. Sie sind flexibel, dynamisch und zeitlich befristet. Themen stehen im Mittelpunkt ihrer Aufmerksamkeit.

»Early in the 1980s Dr. de Bono invented the Six Thinking Hats method. The method is a framework for thinking and can incorporate lateral thinking.
The six hats represent six modes of thinking and are directions to think rather than labels for thinking. That is, the hats are used proactively rather than reactively. The method promotes fuller input from more people. In de Bono's words it "separates ego from performance". Everyone is able to contribute to the exploration without denting egos as they are just using the yellow hat or whatever hat. The six hats system encourages performance rather than ego defense. People can contribute under any hat even though they initially support the opposite view. « John Suler: »The purpose of this online hypertext book is to explore the psychological dimensions of environments created by computers and online networks. An international research conference to further the integration of the theoretical social sciences and empirical Internet research (July 31st - August 2nd 2003):
»Trust and community living are pivotal for society. The development of trust is a crucial condition for human cooperation. Communities further social integration by creating affection and common identity. For evaluating the Internet a number of questions have to be answered. Do communities exist on the Internet? Does the Internet stimulate the development of trust? If yes, then on what conditions does the development of trustful relations and communities depend? Which conditions make them more stable? Do new forms of trustful relations or modern ways of community living develop that would not be possible without the Internet? Which conditions hinder the emergence of community living and trust between people on the Internet? The conference presentations range from general theoretical models about conditions for the emergence of trust and communities to empirical studies of examples for cooperation, trust, and community on the Internet.« |
